JAMAICAN LONG PEPPERS And SRIRACHA

Now I really have to blog about this… because I’ve been searching for so long for these long chilies and it was a miracle that I finally found Sriracha Chili Sauce after salivating for it for years since I tasted it when I was in Singapore.

I mean, I love… LOVE chilies, hot sauces, I can even munch on Bird’s Eye Chilies without breaking a sweat! I am that fearless!!! :D 

Nowadays, Sriracha is even used in gourmet dishes. But then let’s just ignore the gourmet dishes and let us just focus and imagine this on Buffalo Wings, Barbecued Pork Ribs, Dimsums, and even Scrambled Eggs!!! YUMmmmm-E! Mmmmmm!

Oh, I just hope I have succeeded making some of you Hot and Sweaty! ;D
