Off to the Chinese Consulate
All the way on the west side of Manhattan (W 43rd and 12th)… Something tells me this is going to be a long and annoying experience.
They wont let me save my Visa form to print somewhere with a printer so I have to go to a Kinkos and use a computer there to actually do something like some sort of low life without internet.

The Tailgate and Chinese Street Food →
Over the last few weeks my friends and family have been asking more and more in-depth questions regarding what I am doing, and I’ve been forced to draw parallels to American food culture and events. The best parallel I’ve been able to come up with (aside from the obvious street-food cart/truck movement) is the Tailgate.
